Pitch Perfecto Course Service Agreement

1. ACCESS & PAYMENT

Student pays the listed fee to access the Pitch Perfecto course.

Course lessons are released on a weekly schedule (drip content). Students will receive new lessons each week as outlined in the course. 

Access to the course is granted for the duration of the enrollment

Refunds are governed by our refund policy: 30-day no-questions-asked refund for digital products.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All course materials, including videos, PDF's, worksheets, and other content, are the exclusive property of the instructor.

Students may use the materials for personal learning purposes only and may not copy, redistribute, sell, or share content without written permission.

3. NO GUARANTEES ON RESULTS

Instructor provides guidance, instruction, and strategies for TV pitching. 

Student acknowledges that success in the TV industry depends on effort, skill, market conditions, and other external factors, and no specific results or income can be guaranteed. 

4. CONDUCT & USE

Stent agrees to use the course materials ethically and to refrain from any harassment, infringement, or misuse. 

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

Instructor's liability is limited to the amount paid for the course. 

Instructor is not responsible for personal, professional, or financial outcomes resulting from participation in the course. 

6. MISCELLANEOUS

This agreement is governed by the laws of Washington State.
